About the role

Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, this role will be setup responsible for providing high quality guidance and leadership to the mining teams, through mentoring, coaching and for ensuring a safe work environment. This role will be an 2/1 FIFO roster to Weipa Project from Brisbane or Cairns.
