Covenant Youville Home site has an opening for a Supervisor on the Nutrition, Food, Linen and Environmental Services (NFLES) Team. The Supervisor reports to the Manager, NFLES and plays a key role in ensuring consistent delivery of quality services, including Food Services, Environmental Services, Laundry. The Supervisor is responsible for hiring, orienting, scheduling, and coaching staff. This role interacts with members of the NFLES team and other site staff daily, residents, and suppliers as needed.
