Job Description

Primary Purpose:
Responsible for leading the NOC’s efficient and thorough monitoring of the saltwater disposal field locations to ensure that these locations are fully operational, maximizing capabilities/intake along with maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Directly supervise Operators and systems.
  • Hire, train and develop Operators.
  • Collaborate with management team on various projects.
  • Monitor and support field activities safety and efficiently.
  • Manage Operator schedules and review employee timesheets. Cover Operator shifts when needed.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes for dispatching, monitoring, and controlling of the disposal systems.
