Supervisor

To work closely with the Construction/Project Manager and / or Superintendent and guide site personnel in the safe and successful delivery of contracted civil construction works on time, on budget and within the agreed scope and quality standards. The Site Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision and coordination of daily site operations, site safety and resources including labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors whilst ensuring SRG Global and Client policies and procedures are followed during the delivery of the project. This involves directly managing relationships with site workforce, Client representatives and the Management team to effectively supervise site resources and drive day day operations. The Site Supervisor acts as a mentor and leader to site staff, ensuring they have the required knowledge and tools to perform the job effectively and maintain SRG's Zero Harm culture, best practice and SRG policies and procedures.
