Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of a designated shift in one of our large Distribution Centers, located in Henderson, NV. You will have responsibility for helping execute strategic direction for the facility and supporting the overall operation while ensuring that engagement, safety, process improvement, and financial metrics are being met.

In addition, the Operations Manager is accountable for all aspects of inventory control including researching reasons for inventory discrepancies and directing product rotation. In addition, they will oversee the direction, coordination, and evaluation of inventory control workflows.
