**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Define the master plan in the short and medium term based on the current demands and forecast established by the Demand Planning & Product Manager
+ Develop and implement talent development plans that include regular performance reviews, leadership identification, and development within the team
+ Provide training to all personal that need to use or made transaction on the system
+ Provide analysis and support to ongoing and new planning technology initiatives
+ Guides users in a technical & functional way
+ Collaborate with other functional areas to improve planning processes, including Manufacturing, Customer Care, Demand Planning, Supply planning, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, and Product Line Management
+ Establish weekly conferences with corporate (Product manager & Master scheduler) to show the capacity against t...
