About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Control Supervisor to join our PMO Control team, supporting Rio Tinto’s Pilbara operations from our remote Operations Centre near Perth Airport.

This frontline leadership position is responsible for the safe, reliable and coordinated operation of multiple fixed plant assets across the value chain. You will lead a team of up to 20 Controllers who operate wet and dry processing plants, train loadouts and remote rock breakers across several sites.

Sitting at the centre of our Pilbara operations, the role involves close collaboration with site operations, maintenance, planning, engineering and scheduling teams to manage constraints, respond to operational issues and drive consistent performance.
