Job Title : Supervisor Pricing Analytics

Location : Pune, India Reporting to Senior Manager - Pricing CoE  

JOB OVERVIEW:  

The Supervisor Pricing Analytics will support the Senior Manager, Pricing CoE, and lead a team of data analysts to drive regional pricing performance analysis. The role is responsible for translating business and stakeholder requirements into analytical solutions, enhancements, and customizations across pricing dashboards and intelligence tools, combining BI and AI. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

- Act as the primary analytical interface between Pricing CoE and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Commercial, IT), translating business requirements into actionable dashboard enhancements and analytical outputs. 

-Oversee the development and enhancement of standard and customized pricing dashboards, providing consolidated performance views across lines of business, regions, customer clusters, and selling motions. 

- Support the Senior Manager, Pricing CoE, in capability development and performance feedback for Pricing CoE data analyst. 

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in existing pricing analytics, recommending enhancements, and assisting in the prioritization of pricing intelligence requests. 

- Coach, train and lead team of analysts

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

- Support functional design and process mapping initiatives for pricing analytics, ensuring alignment with business requirements and pricing governance. 

- Document analytical solutions, insights, and dashboard enhancements to enable clarity, continuity, and scalability across the Pricing CoE. 

- Review analytical outputs and escalate risks or prioritization issues to the Senior Manager, Pricing CoE. 

- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing-related automation and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation. 

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (, Economics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering). 

- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and coaching teams of data analysts, including work planning, quality reviews, and stakeholder coordination. 

- 6+ years of experience working with large and complex datasets, including hands-on data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. 

- Strong programming and analytical expertise with SQL, DAX, Python, and Excel; ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. 

- Strong experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, along with exposure to Big Data environments, data cleansing, and data quality management practices. 

- Working knowledge of pricing metrics, pricing performance measurement, and commercial analytics frameworks. 

- Foundational understanding of algorithms, statistical methods, and data modeling concepts; exposure to AI or automation use cases is an added advantage. 

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
