Description: The Sourcing Manager is responsible for supporting the organization in meeting its daily responsibilities aligned with its strategic goals.

Business Unit Summary: This role will support the Americas region but is expected to work with other regions especially when it relates to global suppliers to share best practices and standardize global processes where applicable.

• Supervises 2 Sourcing Analysts and drives them to meet our organizations goals and objectives.
• Localize suppliers to improve lead time cost and agility.
• Responsible for timely part setup and associated data enrichment in Oracle system so that Purchasing can place purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Drive expansion of regional sourcing to improve supplier on time delivery optimize supplier delivery agility and minimize tariff impact to total cost.
