Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for all production employees ; activities. The Production Supervisor will work with the Production Leads to forecast labor needs, and hire/train labor as necessary for business needs. Essential duties and responsibilities are described below. Other duties may be assigned. Transloading operations that are meeting the desired productivity rates. Monitor daily production numbers- form all aspects of the responsible areas. Monitor all maintenance needs including daily/weekly/monthly PMs. Ensure company PPE requirements are being followed. Review and/or approve employee hours weekly. Review, audit, and enforce production procedures. Conduct annual physical inventories with customers as they require. Give warehouse or department tours to customers, as necessary.
