We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Production Supervisor to join our glove manufacturing team. If you are passionate about leading teams, ensuring smooth production, and maintaining high‑quality standards, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise machine operators and Group Leaders to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and ensure safety across production, tumbling, and storage areas.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance to new team members; track training progress.
• Monitor production quality and efficiency, taking proactive steps to reduce rejection and improve output.
• Review reports, resolve issues, and escalate challenges to management when needed.
