Essential Position Functions

• Ensure safe and secure operations, in accordance with the health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements.
• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information to Management and Cargo Movement Control.
• Maintain and enforce company procedures relating to the workplace (attendance, uniforms, equipment operation, safety).
• Delegate responsibilities of Ramp activities & oversee performance and productivity.
• Ability to collaborate with peers, internal partners and external customers to offer them an excellent customer service journey.
• Provide direction to Ramp staff in order to maintain on-time performance of all flight and truck departures.
