Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Supervise Security Operations: Oversee daily security activities, including guard post assignments, task allocation, and shift rotations to ensure full coverage and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and Enforce Compliance: Ensure all security personnel adhere to company policies, security procedures, and disciplinary systems; take corrective action on any non-compliance or misconduct and perform additional duties or night shift work as required by the Company.
• Conduct Patrols and Inspections: Perform regular patrols and spot checks around the premises to detect potential security risks, safety issues, or breaches of company policies.
