Formwork Supervisor

  • Knowledge and skills to supervise formwork activities including construction, erection, alteration or dismantling and inspection of formwork structures at any worksite.
  • Formwork Construction Course/Formwork Safety Course.
  • Knowledge and skills on application of the fundamentals of formwork and falsework structure construction.
  • Knowledge on Codes of Practice on Construction, Erection, Alteration or Dismantling of any formwork structure at a worksite.
  • Risk Assessment for formwork activities.
  • Interpretation of working drawings.
  • Construction strength of materials and shoring.
  • Inspection of formwork and falsework structure before, during and after concreting.
