Overview

Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.
• Provide training and educational materials to staff.
• Conduct annual reviews for staff performance.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results , establishing priorities, monitoring progress.
• Control and acute focus of zero manpower losses.
• Revising schedules.
• Resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Responsible for entire project activities and progress.
