Main Responsibilities

  • Report to the Restaurant Manager
  • Support and assist the Assistant Manager & Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant
  • Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
  • Upsell our products to increase sales as well as to promote PGR membership
  • Perform duties like ordering, serving, clearing and setting of tables
  • Attend to customer complaints (if any)
  • Perform opening and closing duties with a checklists
  • Handle cashiering duties in the absent of Cashier
  • Assist to do banking duties
  • Assist in monitoring labour and F&B costing matters
  • Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant
  • Supervise and train the service staff to Restaurant standards of excellence
  • Update GRN and perform e-Procurement
  • Assist in bi-monthly stock take
