Main Responsibilities
- Report to the Restaurant Manager
- Support and assist the Assistant Manager & Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant
- Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell our products to increase sales as well as to promote PGR membership
- Perform duties like ordering, serving, clearing and setting of tables
- Attend to customer complaints (if any)
- Perform opening and closing duties with a checklists
- Handle cashiering duties in the absent of Cashier
- Assist to do banking duties
- Assist in monitoring labour and F&B costing matters
- Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant
- Supervise and train the service staff to Restaurant standards of excellence
- Update GRN and perform e-Procurement
- Assist in bi-monthly stock take
