Responsibilities

1. Lead, facilitate and manage a team of M&E Department.
2. Liaise with project teams to drive initiatives to improve construction work processes.
3. Liaise with authorities on incentives and productivity-related issues under the guidance of Senior Manager.
4. Prepare proposals for submission to authorities.
5. Prepare progress reports.
6. Prepare & Submit of RFI/FCR.
7. Shop Drawing/Material Review & Submission.
8. Attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for project.
9. To work out cost estimation/budgetary cost on electrical services.
10. Liaise with suppliers for quotations.
11. To supervise the overall site works related to M&E service and ensure in line with safety requirements.
12. To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings.
