Job Description
- To Supervise our road construction teams in coordination with the Site Supervisors.
- To manage all paper works related to the construction works with keen knowledge.
- To analyse and study site drawings.
- To maintain the safe work procedures, risk assessment, and all safety documents as well as safety measures on-site among the team.
- To set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
- To motivate employees by resolving issues and making sound decisions among team.
- To able to work both during day/night jobs with flexible hours, including sometimes PH/Sundays.
- Available for work 24 x 7.
- MUST have experience with NCE application, As-built drawings, TCP, SP Claim submission, Shoring Plan, PE design, Steel plate decking design, Gas pipe/water pipe projects, 22Kv/66Kv/230Kv/400Kv cable, Telcom projects.
- MUST possess PSM, BCSS, RES, CSCPM with autocad knowledge, ...
