Responsibilities

• Guide daily activities on the production floor, organize staff schedules, and ensure machines and tools are working properly.
• Maintain a steady workflow and support team members throughout the shift.
• Assist with training new workers, handle problems that arise during production, and keep accurate records of output and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control or shipping, to keep operations on track.
• Demonstrate leadership, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of food production.
