**Position Purpose**
Sr. Merch Support Analysts are internal consultants for the merchandising department. They generate value from deep knowledge of data and business, for the intelligent decision-making process within multifunctional teams in the management of Assortment, Prices, Promotions, Planning and analytics processes. They track business results and are active part to met business goals, they are able to find-out business oportunities from the analysis of large volumes of data. They provide a statistical and financial foundation for merchandising decisions. They are responsible to devevelop business process, team reporting, data modeling, technological and innovative solutions for Merch Support Department. Must advise and mentor Merch analysts, must have developed the capability to play roles both as a teambuilder as well as as a teamplayer.
