Responsible for determining the training and development needs of employees among different company areas. Responsible for implementing and maintaining production areas onboarding training. Responsible to lead and coordinate internal trainers. Responsible for scheduling and implementing the annual training and development plan. Responsible to stablish contact with specialized companies, educational institutions and external consultants to update the courses inventory. Preparation and administration of training and development budget. Controls the selection, production and acquisition of training material and submits them for Management approval. Coordinates and/or participates in the logistics and implementation of the training and development courses required by the training program.
