Supervisor - TBM Mechanical

To plan, organise, lead and control site operations for compliance with the construction programme ensuring consistency in terms of, and in order to, ensure safety, cost, time, quality, environmental, community targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Trade Background or Qualification
• White Card
• Driving License

Experience

• Extensive experience in civil or tunnelling construction (5 years).
• Typically, 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working on TBM projects
• Experience in major infrastructure construction operations of similar scale.
• Proven ability to operate in a dynamic live environment meeting significant program challenges.
• Experience in Safety, Community and Environmental Management
• Experience in Quality Management, Planning & Resourcing
