Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for an assigned manufacturing department.
They will oversee the operations of that department related to employee training, safety adherence, performance, product quality, process improvement, and meeting production target goals.
Compliance with all safety requirements, product quality standards, and company policies are essential functions of this role.
Enforces strict safety guidelines and ensures environmental compliance is being adhered to.
Balances safety, quality, cost and delivery to achieve positive results in all areas.
Collaborates with manager on daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicates these to department leads and employees.
Responsible for tracking and reporting of daily production metrics to the manager.
