Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor the movement of material physical and system (Oracle)
- Coordinate efficiently the process for receiving goods, put away and flow of material to production lines
- Ensure the correct process for shipping process
- Ensure achieving the KPI’s of the area (download program on time, trucks delay, production downtime, on time shipments)
- Responsible to keep the people engagement in 5S’s
- Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating people
- Safety performance responsible
- Environmental aspects and impacts
- Inventory control
- Inventory accuracy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineer, Logistic, IT
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or production control
- English by business communication
- Effective communication with personal on charge and top management
- Receiving & Shipping WH
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP knowledge (ORACLE, SAP, BPCS, Other)
- Excel
- Experience in FIFO control and chaotic warehouse
- Experience in WMS and PFEP
- Support to maintain management systems IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
