What you’ll do:
As the Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day activities of our Bakery and Deli departments, contributing to high-quality products, consistent production practices, and a positive customer experience. You will work alongside and guide team members while supporting food safety, freshness, and strong product presentation.
Lead and support daily Bakery and Deli activities, including production planning, preparation, cooking/baking, finishing, and maintaining appealing product displays.
Help ensure all Bakery and Deli products consistently meet Co-op standards for quality, freshness, food safety, and presentation, including participating in freshness reviews and markdowns.
Support inventory and ingredient flow through ordering, stock rotation, and waste awareness across both departments.
