What you’ll do:
As the Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day activities of our Bakery and Deli departments, contributing to high-quality products, consistent production practices, and a positive customer experience. You will work alongside and guide team members while supporting food safety, freshness, and strong product presentation.
- Lead and support daily Bakery and Deli activities, including production planning, preparation, cooking/baking, finishing, and maintaining appealing product displays.
- Help ensure all Bakery and Deli products consistently meet Co-op standards for quality, freshness, food safety, and presentation, including participating in freshness reviews and markdowns.
- Support inventory and ingredient flow through ordering, stock rotation, and waste awareness across both departments.
- Train, coach, and work alongside team members to support effective workflows, safe food handling, and meeting customer demand.
