Kenworth trucks have dominated the heavy duty truck market in Australia for many years and are the market leading brand. DAF is a modern technologically advanced European truck, manufactured by Paccar, who are the parent company of Kenworth trucks.

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Workshop Supervisor with Heavy Vehicle trade qualifications to lead our tight knit Kenworth team. Specialising in Kenworth trucks , this role offers the perfect blend of customer engagement, technical diagnosis while being a mentor and leader of your team in a supportive, forward thinking environment.

• Take charge of your team's daily operations, ensuring every vehicle is repaired to the highest standard.
• Liaise directly with the Kenworth Product Support team at the factory.
• Schedule work efficiently to keep things running smoothly and on time.
• Mentor and motivate your team, fostering a culture of pride and precision.
• Communicate clearly with ongoing updates with our customers to deliver outstanding service.

• Heavy Vehicle trade qualifications and solid hands on experience.
• Proven leadership skills and a proactive mindset.
• Deep mechanical knowledge, especially with Kenworth trucks (Brand knowledge is desirable but not essential).
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
