SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Global Deterrence & Defense Department (GX), Missile Systems Hardware & Test Division (GXW), Project Management Branch (GXWP) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will lead the development and improvement of project management methodologies and standards, and promote consistency in practices across the team. You will provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and mentorship to a team of task managers. You will provide training and guidance on project management best practices and ensure effective communication between task managers and stakeholders. You will identify solutions to emerging challenges and provides guidance and advice to subordinates and to other supervisors and managers.
