SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Contracting Branch of the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) at PWD South Potomac/Dahlgren Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH. Responsibilities You will provide administrative and technical guidance, advice, and mentorship to contracting staff. You will perform and oversee the full range of pre award and post award contractual actions required in the procurement of construction, services, and Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts. You will ensure support of Small and Disadvantaged Business Programs. You will communicate, identify, distribute and balance workload and tasks for assigned projects, establishing actionable events, milestones, deadlines and timeframes for completion. You will resolve grievances/employee complaints and when necessary, refer those that cannot be resolved to the appropriate party/contacts at Human Resources Office.
