The primary purpose of this position is: To assist and support the ACC CAF ETS Division in planning, programming, budgeting, organizing, advocating, executing, directing, and managing the Engineering and Technical Services (ETS) Program component of the CAF ETS Program. Responsibilities Provides long-range planning for ETS. Plans, budgets, and coordinates AFETS training. Assists in the overall operations of the ETS Program and HQ AFETS Office as it pertains to policies and procedures of the ETS functions. Assists in the development of assignment rotation plans for AFETS in coordination with AFETS employees, Home Office Managers, Regional Managers and other ETS support personnel.
