The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor and technical expert, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over non-supervisory employee program managers, consultants, and specialists assigned to the Special Programs Branch. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Special Programs Branch, ensuring engineering and logistics requirements comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
