Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Chief and program manager, organizing, directing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees within the Civil Engineer Squadron Project Management Element. The Element is the Squadron's management hub for contractor-executed construction projects. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Element. Develops Element goals and objectives that integrate organization and Engineering Flight objectives.
