The primary purpose of this position is: As the Civilian Personnel Officer for an Air Force (AF) installation, exercises supervisory responsibility for the Appropriated Fund Human Resources section. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Appropriated Fund Human Resources section. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and force support objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Civilian Personnel Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Serves as the Human Resources focal point for Appropriated Fund Civilian Matters. Serves as the primary point of contact at the installation for a range of staffing, placement, and position management responsibilities.
