This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management. Responsibilities You will organize, set and manage CAP workflow to include the Family Advocacy Program (FAP), Non-Medical Clinical Counseling (NMC), and Problematic Sexual Behaviors in Children and Youth (PSB-CY) You will establish subordinates' performance standards, evaluate subordinates, and conduct supervisory counseling sessions. You will identify professional development, leadership opportunities, and mentoring initiatives to foster effective employee performance.
