Summary This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. Responsibilities As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Manpower Requirements & Programming Branch ensuring that manpower requirements determination, CPI, resource management studies and reviews, and military and civilian man power programming issues comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Select or recommend selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignment in consideration of skills, qualifications, and mission requirements.
