SUPERVISORY NUCLEAR ENGINEER

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY NUCLEAR ENGINEER in the HEAD NUCLEAR QUALITY DIVISION, NUCLEAR ENGINEERING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will hear and resolve employee complaints and refer serious unresolved complaints to higher level management. You will identify employee developmental needs and provide or arrange for training to maintain and improve job performance. You will review organization mission, functions, and manning. You will assess and revise policies and procedures as needed to find ways to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work.
