SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM BUDGET and EXECUTION BRANCH, PROGRAM PLANNING and REVIEW DIVISION, BUSINESS and STRATEGIC PLANNING OFFICE of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for developing and maintaining strategic programming and corporate business metrics. You will determine, monitor and evaluate long-range direct and non-direct labor workload forecasting. You will manage the development of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard monthly business metrics reports. You will directly supervise Corporate Performance Metrics Specialists and Metric Analysts.
