The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the 59 TES Flight Test Data Center. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 59 TES Flight Test Data Center. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 59 TES with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Assignments pertain to the design, development, modification, and installation of instrumentation systems (usually airborne) and flight data collection systems that facilitate the testing of components, devices, equipment, or systems that constitute ACC operational test programs.
