Summary The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the 59 TES Flight Test Data Center. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 59 TES Flight Test Data Center. Develops goals and objectives with the assistance of the Data Center Director that integrates organization and operational test objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Represents the 59 TES with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with OSD, DOT&E, ACC, Army, Navy, Marines, system program offices, developmental test agencies, and system contractors.
