SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION (RM1) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. Responsibilities You will provide supervisory control and direction for the RM1 workforce; assign and review work; monitor accomplishment for timeliness and acceptability; and provide advice, counsel and instruction. You will direct his/her staff and matrixed support codes to plan and coordinate future requirements and develop new and more efficient ways improve ship readiness. You will maintain liaison with Fleet Commanders, FFC, OPNAV, PACFLT, MARAD, NAVSEA, PEO-SHIPs, TRANSCOM and MSC Area Commanders to identify future needs and to ensure MSC vessels can meet the long-term readiness requirements.
