SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (ELECTRONICS)

The primary purpose of this position is: to supervise classroom instructors, with responsibility for one or more courses or a phase of a course. Responsibilities Accomplishes a variety of assigned supervisory responsibilities as a first line supervisor. Conducts classroom, laboratory or field instruction. Evaluates student progress and performance. Counsels students to identify and help resolve problems. Accomplishes special projects/additional duties. Maintains, updates or develops training materials specific to assigned courses.
