Job Description
+ Join the Global Shared Services Team to manage the onboarding of suppliers.
+ Build great relationships with our outsourcing partners and use your connections to keep in regular contact to ensure processes are adhered to, exceptional circumstances are identified and resolved, and service levels are maintained.
+ Work with and collaborate with WSP outsourced partners to ensure their processing teams are working efficiently and accurately and they are striving to build continuity and stability within their group.
+ Develop your reputation across WSP, operating as an ambassador for Shared Services, sharing your subject matter expertise with stakeholders as a credible and reliable route for escalation.
+ Work with your line manager and other Supplier Managers Globally to ensure consistency in the Global Standard Process.
+ Identify opportunities and encourage team members to do the same to help improve and evolve systems and processes.
