**PQA** is in charge of complaint management from suppliers, is the link between plant and supplier in case of quality issue with purchased components EZRS, handles rejected material in quarantine and gives support to the PPAP process according procedures
Key Activities:
- Handles supplier quality issues
- Recording, evaluation and conclusion of the claims procedures
- Owner of the claims management process
- Ensures a continuous production flow
- Support preventive quality measures and part release
- In charge of the physical measurement of supplier parts
- Responsible for the incoming inspection
