Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers in the home decor, bath, and sanitaryware categories for the Wholesale Mart portal.
Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply chain.
Guide suppliers through the onboarding process, including documentation, portal registration, and product listing.
Educate suppliers on portal features, pricing models, order fulfillment, and compliance requirements.
Provide ongoing support to suppliers, resolve queries, and ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (catalog, operations, logistics, finance) for seamless onboarding and integration.
