- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Engineering or Scientific discipline
- 0-2 years of technical engineering experience
- Experience in using scientific problem-solving methodologies (e.G., DMAIC, process map, 5 whys, Is/Is not, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Certified Auditor
