Position

Associate/Manager

Report to

Plant Procurement Team Leader, Procurement Group Leader and SQS Leader.

Job Summary

i) Conduct Survey and Quality evaluation on local suppliers on a consistent basis to find

competitive suppliers

ii) Local shop Inspection & test status managing and reporting

iii) Regular inspection monitoring of suppliers during manufacturing and fabrication

iv) Trouble shooting for shop and site Quality issues

v) Technical advice related to Supplier Quality

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

① SQS at the project proposal stage

- Sourcing and evaluation supporting to select competitive local suppliers which can provide

engineered specifications

② SQS at the project execution stage

- Sourcing and evaluation supporting to select competitive local suppliers which can provide

engineered specifications

- Technical advising related to quality during TBE/CBE

- Supplier Quality document review and forward to HQ SQS Engineers (if necessary)

- Shop inspection and test schedule checking and coordinate with supplier in real time.

- Attending Shop inspection and test of major equipment/product base on HQ’s request.

- Shop NCR (Nonconformance report) and Punch list clearing managing.

- Regular inspection monitoring and surveillance during manufacturing and fabrication at shop

- Supplier Quality document (procedures, records/reports and certificates etc.) status checking.

③ Back up the site trouble issue

- Site NCR or Trouble shooting supporting

④ Support other works

- Discuss pending issues with HQ SQS

- Perform other related tasks requested by HQ SQS

Qualifications

Category

A class Academic BKGD

- Bachelor or above (Mechanical or electric engineering preferred)

Career

- Experience of 7~10 years or more in SQS/QAQC for EPC Project

- Preference: experience of Global plant industry Inspection Agency and

Plant equipment Supplier Engineering and/or QAQC for Power, Energy and

Refinery plant. And ISO 9001auditor or related knowledge is preferred.

Knowledge

- Understanding of contractual provisions and Project specification

- Basic knowledge of international codes and Standard related to Quality

/Engineering.

Working Conditions

- Position : permanent position

- Annual salary : subject to the employment criteria for the local IPO

- Location : the IPO (Gurugram) in India
