Overview

Supplier development engineering focuses on improving the performance and capabilities of a company's suppliers to meet business needs and objectives, leading to better quality, and a stronger supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management : Conduct regular quality reviews with suppliers to monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
• NPI & Qualification : Support new part and process qualifications in collaboration with Development Engineering and Supply Chain Engineering teams.
• Issue Resolution : Lead complex root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions for supplier-related quality failures.
• Quality and Technical Auditing : Perform Quality System Audits and leading Technical Capability Assessments of EMS and mechanical assembly suppliers.
