Performance Management: Conduct regular quality reviews with suppliers to monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.NPI & Qualification: Support new part and process qualifications in collaboration with Development Engineering and Supply Chain Engineering teams.Issue Resolution: Lead complex root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions for supplier-related quality failures.Quality and Technical Auditing: Perform Quality System Audits and leading Technical Capability Assessments of EMS and mechanical assembly suppliers.Conflict Resolution: Develop effective recovery actions and remedies for quality disputes spanning from SMT to final backend assembly processes.#LI-WL1 #LI-ONSITE
