Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Perform audits of suppliers’ quality management systems and processes.
+ Create qualification plans and verify Production Part Approval Process deliverable.
+ Monitor and manage the quality of purchased components
+ Respond to supplier quality issues and lead disposition of supplier non-conformances and actions identified on each instance through the Andon process.
+ Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers through Supplier Corrective Action Requests to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances.
+ Develop receiving inspection plans and verification methods.
+ Provide supplier quality input for metrics reporting and organizational communication.
+ Control and maintain minimum inventory levels of discrepant material at MRB (Material Review Board).
+ Manages and dispose supplier non-conformances in a timely manner.
