Job Description
We have a position for a Supplier Quality Engineer for a permanent position in Dewsbury. The successful candidate will conduct supplier audits, lead and enhance quality processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across the business. The role will be for a minimum of three months with the opportunity to be extended long term.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, conduct, and report supplier audits and visits and maintain audit records.PPAP management, tracking and maintaining PPAP submissions, approvals, questions, and documentation. Reviewing PPAP submissions, responding to supplier/internal queries and advising the purchasing team on PPAP levels.Supplier visits and audits will be required, this will include some travel to suppliers and maintaining audit records.Liaising with production teams to support production quality issues.Develop and implement quality strategies to meet business and ...
